Difference between 60-meter band and PSK31

60-meter band vs. PSK31

The 60 meter band or 5 MHz band is a relatively new amateur radio allocation, first introduced in 2002, that was originally only available in a few countries, such as the United States, United Kingdom, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Ireland and Iceland. PSK31 or "Phase Shift Keying, 31 Baud", also BPSK31 and QPSK31, is a popular computer-sound card-generated radioteletype mode, used primarily by amateur radio operators to conduct real-time keyboard-to-keyboard chat, most often using frequencies in the high frequency amateur radio bands (near-shortwave).

Similarities between 60-meter band and PSK31

60-meter band and PSK31 have 5 things in common (in Unionpedia): Amateur radio, American Radio Relay League, Hellschreiber, Olivia MFSK, Single-sideband modulation.

Amateur radio
