Sir Donald Charles McKinnon (born 27 February 1939) is a former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand. In January 1992 Turkey opened an embassy in Wellington, with New Zealand opening an embassy in Ankara in 1993.
