Mar 'Ukban III (exilarch)

Nathan de-Zuzita was a Jewish Amora sage of the third generation, who, according to Joseph ben Ḥama (Shab. 56b), is to be identified with the exilarch 'Uḳban ben Nehemiah, Joseph's contemporary (first half of the 4th century), who was a contrite sinner. ^[1]
