Rana is also an established television personality, as he hosted award shows such as the 2nd IIFA Utsavam alongside Nani, the 2nd South Indian International Movie Awards and he currently hosts his own celebrity talk show, No. 1 Yaari, which brought celebrities such as S.S. Rajamouli, Naga Chaitanya, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Navdeep, Nikhil Siddharth, Raj Tarun and others In 2015, his movie Baahubali The Beginning won a National Award for Best Feature Film. Further, at the 65th National Awards, held in 2018, his movie The Ghazi Attack won the National Award for Best Telugu Movie, and also Best Action, Best VFX and Best Popular Film Award for Baahubali 2 The Conclusion.
