Ajna (आज्ञा, IAST), or third-eye chakra, is the sixth primary chakra in the body according to Hindu tradition. Kundalini (Sanskrit: कुण्डलिनी,, "coiled one"), in Hinduism refers to a form of primal energy (or shakti) said to be located at the base of the spine.
