Difference between Bremsstrahlung and Fermilab E-906/SeaQuest

Bremsstrahlung vs. Fermilab E-906/SeaQuest

Bremsstrahlung, from bremsen "to brake" and Strahlung "radiation"; i.e., "braking radiation" or "deceleration radiation", is electromagnetic radiation produced by the deceleration of a charged particle when deflected by another charged particle, typically an electron by an atomic nucleus. Fermilab E-906/SeaQuest is a particle physics experiment which will use Drell–Yan process to measure the contributions of antiquarks to the structure of the proton or neutron and how this structure is modified when the proton or neutron is included within an atomic nucleus.

Similarities between Bremsstrahlung and Fermilab E-906/SeaQuest

Bremsstrahlung and Fermilab E-906/SeaQuest have 3 things in common (in Unionpedia): Atomic nucleus, Nucleon, Photon.

Atomic nucleus

The atomic nucleus is the small, dense region consisting of protons and neutrons at the center of an atom, discovered in 1911 by Ernest Rutherford based on the 1909 Geiger–Marsden gold foil experiment.
