Difference between Cell membrane and Epoxide hydrolase

Cell membrane vs. Epoxide hydrolase

The cell membrane (also known as the plasma membrane or cytoplasmic membrane, and historically referred to as the plasmalemma) is a biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside environment (the extracellular space). Epoxide hydrolases (EH's), also known as epoxide hydratases, are enzymes that metabolize compounds that contain an epoxide residue; they convert this residue to two hydroxyl residues through a dihydroxylation reaction to form diol products.

Similarities between Cell membrane and Epoxide hydrolase

Cell membrane and Epoxide hydrolase have 5 things in common (in Unionpedia): Cell signaling, Cytoplasm, Cytosol, Endoplasmic reticulum, Extracellular.

Cell signaling

Cell signaling (cell signalling in British English) is part of any communication process that governs basic activities of cells and coordinates all cell actions.
