Chen Liangyu (born October 24, 1946) is a disgraced Chinese politician best known for his tenure as the Communist Party Secretary of Shanghai, the city's top office, from 2002 to his dismissal in 2006, and a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China. [1]
