The M4 carbine is a shorter and lighter variant of the M16A2 assault rifle. The Police Coast Guard (Abbreviation: PCG;; Polis Pengawal Pantai) is the Marine Police division of the Singapore Police Force which also takes on roles of the coast guard typically handled by the military or as separate organisations in other countries.
