Viktor Fedorovich Belash (1893, Novospasovka, Russian Empire– 24 January 1938, Kharkiv, Soviet Union) was the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army of Ukraine (RIAU) under Nestor Makhno.
