Rock music is a broad genre of popular music that originated as "rock and roll" in the United States in the early 1950s, and developed into a range of different styles in the 1960s and later, particularly in the United Kingdom and in the United States. Washington, D.C.'s Slickee Boys' third "proper" album (not including compilations or live releases), Uh Oh… No Breaks! was released on LP and cassette in March 1985 by Twin/Tone (a Minneapolis label best known for having released The Replacements' early records) with the catalog number TTR 8544.
