Héctor Alejandro Gramajo Morales (11 August 1940 – 12 March 2004) was a general in the Guatemalan Army who served as Defense Minister from February 1st 1987 to May 20th 1990, during the long years of the Guatemalan Civil War (1960–1996). [1]
