Antoine Marie Cerisier (19 November 1749 Châtillon-lès-Dombes – 1 July 1828 Châtillon-lès-Dombes) was a French journalist, politician and historian, who played a role in the Patriot Revolution in the Dutch Republic in 1785-87, after first having supported the cause of the American Revolution in that country in collaboration with American ambassador John Adams. The Hague (Den Haag,, short for 's-Gravenhage) is a city on the western coast of the Netherlands and the capital of the province of South Holland.
