Albert de la Chapelle, MD, Ph.D (born 11 February 1933 in Helsinki, Finland) is a Finnish human geneticist, long-time head of Finland's first Department of Medical Genetics at the University of Helsinki, and presently professor of Human Cancer Genetics at Ohio State University. [1]
