Thomas Amory Deblois Fessenden (January 23, 1826 – September 28, 1868) was a U.S. Representative from Maine, the son of abolitionist legislator Samuel Fessenden, and brother of Treasury Secretary William P. Fessenden and congressman Samuel C. Fessenden. During the American Civil War, the Union Army referred to the United States Army, the land force that fought to preserve the Union of the collective states.
