The Greek Cup 1948–49 was the seventh edition of The Greek Football Cup, or Greek Cup for short. Giorgos (Simos) Mageiras (Γιώργος (Σίμος) Mάγειρας; born 1919) was a Greece international footballer who played as a midfielder for AEK Athens F.C. and helped the club win its first league and cup double in 1939.
