Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis (Ερατώ Κοζάκου-Μαρκουλλή; born 3 August 1949) is a Cypriot politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus from July 2007 to March 2008 and from 5 August 2011 - 27 February 2013, as well as Minister of Communications and Works (Cyprus) from March 2010 to August 2011.
