Hakeem Rizwan Hafeez Malik (حکیم رضوان حفیظ ملک., SI, TI, was born on 22 September 1956. He is a medical researcher, former President of National Council for Tibb and former Administrator/Authority of National Council for Tibb, Ministry of Health Government of Pakistan.He is also a TV personality and an active member of Pakistan's National Council for Tibb. Hakeem Rizwan Hafeez Malik is a practitioner of ''Tibb-e-Unani'' in Pakistan who enjoys a position amongst contemporary Tibb practitioners of South Asia. He has treated liver, stomach, asthma, gout arthritis, gynecological complications, pollen allergy and obesity. To promote general well-being and public awareness on health issues, he has been regularly appearing on Pakistan's ATV for last 7 years, advising and benefitting people. He was the driving force behind implementation of a standard 5-year curriculum for Bachelor’s Degree in Colleges of Tibb on the lines of MBBS curriculum. He conceived a plan for establishment of Tibb Complex, Research Center and a Botanical Garden for promotion of research in Tibb-e-Unani. In recognition of his outstanding contribution in the field of health (Tibb-e-Unani) he was presented with the prestigious awards Sitara-i-Imtiaz, in 2013 by the president of Pakistan. In 2007, Hakeem Rizwan was awarded Tamgha-i-Imtiaz by the Government of Pakistan. Hakeem Rizwan practices Tibb-e-Unani at Dar-ul-Hikmat Islamabad, Pakistan.
