Per Yngve Ohlin (16 January 1969 – 8 April 1991), better known by his stage name Dead, and referred to by others as Pelle, was a Swedish heavy metal musician, best known as the vocalist and lyricist of the Norwegian black metal band Mayhem from 1988 until his death in 1991. [1]
